Terms of engagement

Acceptance

By submitting an inquiry or accepting a written scope of work, you agree to these terms. If you commission work on behalf of an organization, you confirm you have authority to bind that organization.

Services

We provide professional design and writing services for nonprofit impact dashboards, donor report visuals, board packets, and related stewardship materials. Deliverables, timelines, and fees are defined in each engagement letter.

Client materials

You retain ownership of your data, logos, and photographs. You grant us a limited license to use those materials solely to perform the commission. You confirm you hold the rights needed for that use.

Intellectual property

Upon full payment, you receive ownership of final deliverable files created uniquely for your engagement. We retain ownership of pre-existing methods, internal templates, and non-client-specific processes. We may display anonymized excerpts in our portfolio unless your engagement letter forbids it.

Liability

Our liability for any claim arising from a commission is limited to the fees paid for that commission. We are not liable for indirect or consequential losses, including delayed fundraising outcomes. We do not audit financial statements or certify program results.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of Thailand. Courts in Bangkok have exclusive jurisdiction over disputes that cannot be resolved amicably.
