Refunds and cancellations
These policies apply to professional commissions for nonprofit impact dashboards, donor report packs, board suites, and stewardship clinics.
Deposits
A deposit (typically 40% of the quoted fee) reserves your place on the calendar. Deposits become non-refundable once kickoff materials have been reviewed or studio work has begun, whichever comes first.
Full refund eligibility
If we cancel an engagement before work starts for reasons on our side, you receive a full refund of amounts paid. If you cancel in writing more than fourteen days before the agreed kickoff and no work has started, we refund amounts paid minus a ฿5,000 scheduling fee.
Partial refunds
If you cancel after kickoff, fees for completed stages remain payable. Unused future stages may be refunded proportionally at our discretion after reviewing work already delivered.
Non-refundable items
- Completed chart drafts, caption sets, and delivered PDF packs
- On-site travel costs already incurred for Bangkok-area or regional visits
- Third-party print proofs purchased at your request
- Clinic slots cancelled with less than five business days’ notice
Rescheduling and no-shows
Stewardship clinics may be rescheduled once without charge if notice arrives at least five business days ahead. Later changes or no-shows forfeit that session fee. Multi-week commissions may shift timelines by mutual written agreement when source data arrives late.
Work already started
Once indicator mapping or visual drafting has begun, refunds exclude the value of that stage as listed in your engagement letter.
Refund process and timing
Email hello@signal-flowbase.click with your engagement reference and reason. Approved refunds are returned to the original payment method within fourteen business days.
