Process
From messy indicators to a donor-ready pack
This is the path every Signal Flowbase commission follows when we build nonprofit impact dashboards and donor reporting visuals — so you know who is in the room and when decisions happen.
We meet your development and program leads, review prior reports, and list the five questions donors ask most. Out of scope work is named on day one.
Raw tables become a one-page map linking goals, measures, and chart candidates. Gaps are marked before any visual polish begins.
You receive a complete pack: primary dashboard, supporting figures, and captions. Feedback arrives as a single annotated review, not scattered comments.
Final PDFs, editable sources, and a short maintenance note so next year’s numbers can be swapped without redrawing the whole story.
What we need from you
Clean indicator extracts, gift-category totals, brand colors, and photography rights. If finance and program teams disagree on a definition, we pause and document the decision rather than invent a compromise chart.
